Synopsis:
Laura, a 14-year-old New Zealander, turns to prefect Sorenson Carlisle - a witch - when her brother is possessed. To cure him she has to Changeover (become a witch) which she does with the help of Sorry and his mother and grandmother. Together they free Jacko.
Notes:
The plot is fairly mediocre. The regrettable sub-plot is that Laura's parents are divorced, her father remarried, her mother going out with someone she's just met and sleeping with him in the course of the story. Laura is romantically attracted to Sorry, who reciprocates, and the background feeling seems to be that boyfriend and girlfriend sleeping together is a normal thing.
