The roof of Stregaschloss has collapsed, and the Strega-Borgias are forced to live in the local hotel while their house is being repaired. Unknown to them, the builder they have employed is in fact trying to make things worse so that they will be forced to sell the land which he can then redevelop for a profit.

Meanwhile, the hotel owner's wife is trying to seduce Luciano, something which the family unites in preventing. Titus, accidentally helped by Damp, has created 500 mini clones of himself and Pandora which he must keep secret from the rest of his family, and the Beasts have had enough of the hotel stables and have dug their way to freedom.
