Hatter's Castle
Style: Good
Attitude: Take Care
Age Range: Adult
Period: Early 20th C
Synopsis:
A man tyrannises his family, driving them to despair in one form or another
Notes:
While there's nothing wholly unreadable in the book it is quite disturbing to read, dealing primarily with the arrogance and pride of one man who dominates his wife and family, treating them as his servants, while pursuing the ends of his own aggrandisement. I cannot recall a single edifying incident in the whole book and the net effect is to leave you depressed.
